I have bought artwork previously from a studio, but they were flat, without texture and a print that could be repeated again and again. In this instance the artist Karen came to our home and suggested a scheme of content, texture and colour to match our colour scheme and conservatory furniture we now own art of quite obvious quality, my satisfaction with the piece has not diminished. We were so pleased we commissioned more ("COPPER TRIPTYCH") again the artist Karen based the composition on our preferences and lounge colour scheme. The following feedback is for the next six pieces of artwork. Our most prolific collectors and valued customers. The two pieces "ZOOM BLOOM" & "TEAL & COPPER BLOOM" diptych are hung in the same room as sister canvases and compilment each other beautifully.

ps-(The idea for "ZOOM BLOOM" actually came from the couple they commented that a detail shot of "BLOOM" would make a great canvas. Truly inspired commission from an inspirational couple. Thank You!)


We loved the work and effort that Karen put into our canvases. We did take a few previous ideas and adapted them/changed the colours but we also had ones made to suit, we are really pleased and impressed with all our pieces but especially the way Karen could take an idea and develop it into a stylish piece of art (from seeing her previous work we knew that we could trust her to go with the idea and we weren`t dissapointed) I would recommend Karen to anyone as she is such a nice person and a pleasure to do business with and a great artist, the way a previous canvas or commission can be adapted to suit your room instead of hunting around for ages trying to find the right piece of art in a shop- It`s a blessing! Were all commissioned for the hallway, The couple liked the style of the bar canvas pieces. The inspiration for the design and colours came from the rug situated in the hall which had a black and red circular design.
