Terms and ConditionsAll transactions are based on the following Terms and Conditions. 1 - CopyrightAll Art and Graphics on this web site are copyright of the site owner Karen Stephen. No copying, downloading or other use is permitted without prior written consent. 2 - Payments All transactions are in Pounds Sterling. Cheques only accepted when drawn in Pounds Sterling from a UK Bank or Building Society. All works remain the property of Karen Stephen until payment has been made in full. 3 - Deposits Commissions will be accepted on the understanding that a deposit of at least 20% of the agreed value of the work shall be made in advance. This is non-refundable. The balance shall be paid on completion of the work and before delivery. 4 - Delivery Delivery shall be made by Courier to UK addresses and can take up to 7 working days. Delivery to European addresses can take up to 14 working days. Delivery to addresses elsewhere in the world may take longer than 14 working days. Please contact us with your location details for an estimate. 5 - No Quibble Returns Policy Under The United Kingdom distance selling regulations, if you have recieved goods from Karen Art Home but have simply changed your mind regarding their purchase you may return these items for a full refund less postage (except for childrens personalized designs unless they are faulty they are non returnable) subject to the following conditions: -You inform me within 7 days of receipt of the product(s). You return the item(s) within 14 days. Goods are returned in good condition and in the original packaging. 6 - Damages Full refunds or exchanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify please keep all the packaging and artwork as delivered and notify me within 24 hrs of the items delivery. I advise all customers to open the parcel and check it has arrived in perfect condition as refunds cannot be given if it has been signed for. |
